Altair Head, with reverb
The Altair gives you a wide array of tones, to say the least. The power stage is based on
2 x EL84 power tubes running all out with an open feedback loop for that driven vintage sound. The preamp emphasizes sparkle, and high touch-sensitivity. At the flick of a switch, you can close the feedback loop to tame the power stage and get a clean solid finish.
When you kick in the high-gain drive circuit, via footswitch, it raises the preamp gain
into the stratoshpere for a modern driven sound.

The reverb is deep and long. It's based on a 3-spring reverb tank, driven by solid state analog circuitry, and it greatly improves on the standard tube reverb circuits.
The control panel is a unique stained wood. If the amp will live on the road, and you don't want to scratch it up, feel free to request
a metal control panel.
